Business Development Program
GET CLIENTS NOW! is a complete business development system for attorneys, consultants and anyone who markets a professional services business. During this six-week program participants design and implement a customized 28-day marketing program to fit their individual personalities, strengths and levels of experience.
Participants will learn how to create an endless stream of prospects and clients by doing ten simple things consistently. The program teaches over 100 tactics and tools for marketing professional services with step-by-step recipes for their use. This system is effective for brand-new as well as for experienced professionals. Participants learn:
- What marketing techniques work and don’t work
- How to diagnose where they are stuck in the marketing cycle and how to get unstuck
- How to break out of “analysis paralysis” and determine exactly what they need to do first and every step of the way
- How to design customized marketing plans
- How to recognize and overcome the fear that blocks effective action
The program includes six hours of group training and two one-on-one coaching sessions, which may be conducted by telephone conference or in-person. In the first two hours of group training, participants receive all the tools they need to evaluate their existing business development strategies, identify areas of weakness, and design a 28-day action plan to target those areas. The next four hours (over the course of four weeks) provide accountability and a support structure to ensure effective follow-through. The two one-on-one coaching sessions may be used to address any obstacles to success and are completely customized to the individual’s needs or concerns. Topics may include time management, making powerful requests, long-term planning, etc.
We are trained and licensed to facilitate the Get Clients NOW! program, and have adapted the program specifically to address marketing issues relevant to attorneys.
